Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lucknow Suits, we ensure that every product is crafted and delivered with the utmost care and quality. Please note that we do not offer any refunds. However, customers can exchange their products within 7 days of delivery under specific conditions.

Exchange Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Important: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Exchanges are allowed only once per order. Products bought during sales, discounts, or clearance offers are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Custom-stitched or altered items
• Gift cards
• Intimate or personal wear items
• Items related to hygiene or personal use

Exchange Process

1. To initiate an exchange, email us at lucknowsuits12@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Mention your order number and reason for exchange.
3. Once your exchange request is approved, ship the product back to us at the address below (after confirmation from our team):

4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange for the same or an equivalent item.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items for exchange.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
